The same, basic information as in "Fighting For Your Marriage" with somewhat less detail. It's "12 Hour" format is easy to follow and is great for couples without a lot of time but who want information that gets to the point and helps improve any marriage.

The Power of Commitment: A Guide to Active, Lifelong Love

Scott Stanley (2005). This is an excellent book, especially if you are struggling with commitment. Scott Stanley does a thorough job of describing the importance of commitment in healthy relationships and how to increase your commitment to your mate. Reading this book can really improve your marriage.
