Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program

 

PREP helps couples learn skills proven to help them improve their relationship!

This small investment in your relationship will reap long-term rewards!

When: Friday, November 13, 2009 from 6-9 pm and Saturday, November 14, 2009 from 9 am - 3 pm

Where: UW Extension, UW Fond du Lac

Who: Any couple interested in improving their relationship, learning new skills, and having a GREAT marriage.

Cost: $69 per couple, includes workbooks and refreshments

Couples who complete the workshop will have their names entered to win one of two $50 gas cards!

Remember back to your dating days - the excitement you felt? Now you can reclaim that same spark, connection and creativity in your marriage through intentional, memory-making dates in four class sessions. This proven fun approach to relationship growth will help you to communicate better, put the sizzle back in sex, process anger and resolve conflicts, appreciate your differences and much more!

Family Wellness teaches skills you can use to increase healthy communication and peace in your family. Enhance your family's relationships by identifying your spouse's strengths as well as your own, and learn listening, communication and problem solving skills. Learn how to "know what you want" so you can respectfully "say what you want" and have a better chance of "getting what you want". In doing so, you will make your relationship "The Strongest Link" and provide a healthy foundation for your family.

Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage

 
In this male-friendly, laugh-out-loud seminar, you and your spouse will laugh, learn and be able to make real positive changes to your marriage. Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage is designed with an element of humor that appeals to couples, but is especially well-received by men. By making the event fun and non-threatening, more men are open to attending and both husband and wife end up having a fantastic time. Mark Gungor appears on Hi-Def screens and an engaging Laugh Your Way presenter makes the seminar something couples talk about and recommend to their friends.

This class focuses on helping you learn how to pick a mate for life, learn about healthy attachment, and stop believing that a bad relationship is better than no relationship at all.
